Answers! (in addition to Maryse's)
Dress is, as I imagine Kent would say, "wear what you want." I'd say dressy casual, but some cowboy will show up in jeans and that's more than okay by me! Really, whatever you are comfortable in. Slacks, button down shirt, tie optional - if were a guy, that's what I would wear. Since I'm not, there are a few more options!

I'm going completely formal. I think everyone should at least put a bit of effort in.
